Mountain Steam

Up to 100% humidity
A traditional Roman steam hall with mild warmth and saturated moist steam. Designed for calm body warming, dilation of vessels, and toning.
Rebirth Pool
38–40 °C
A deep relaxation pool for restoration after treatments. Feel the warmth of a mountain spring. Pefect for finishing your SPA ritual and full relaxation.
Mountain Contrast Pool

Refreshing immersion after warming up. Temperature contrast stimulates blood circulation, strengthens the immune system, and energizes. Recommended after steam rooms and wraps.
Ice barrels

Ice cold hardening with artesian water in traditional style. Ideal for lovers of intense sensations and muscle regeneration. Used after bath or massage procedures to achieve a contrast effect.
Polonyna Heat ("Alpine Heat")

A spacious bath in authentic style with moderate temperature and dense steam, filled with the natural aromas of mountain herbs. Perfect for deep warming without overloading.

Soft dense steam along with relaxing warmth and kese peeling (traditional exfoliation towel). Slow warming, perfect for sensitive skin, aromatic soap massages, scrubbing, and peeling.

There is a separate safe, shallow, and fenced zone for children and rest areas for adults for open-air relaxation. It is a lovely place to unwind after SPA rituals or simply spend time in harmony with nature.
