Public Offer
This document constitutes an official public offer by Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) Kateryna Vasylivna Maksymchuk (hereinafter — “Service Provider”, “Hotel”, “Wood Hotel Resort & SPA”) to enter into an agreement for the provision of hotel services on the terms set out below, with any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — “Guest”, “Client”) who makes a room or service booking with the Hotel.
Making a booking through any channel (via the website wood-hotel.com.ua, by phone, by email, or through third-party booking platforms) constitutes full and unconditional acceptance by the Guest of the terms of this offer.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Service Provider: Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) Kateryna Vasylivna Maksymchuk, Tax ID (ІПН/ЄДРПОУ) 3796007747.
1.2. Place of service provision: Wood Hotel Resort & SPA, Yablunytsia village, Heroiv Maidanu St. 135, Ivano-Frankivsk region, Ukraine.
1.3. This offer governs the relationship between the Hotel and the Guest with respect to booking and receiving hotel services, catering, SPA services, and other additional Hotel services.
1.4. By entering into an agreement under the terms of this offer, the Guest confirms that they have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy published on the Hotel’s website.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Guest with temporary accommodation services in the selected room category, as well as related services (catering, SPA, parking, etc. — depending on the selected rate), and the Guest undertakes to pay for these services under the terms of this offer.
2.2. The list, prices, and description of rooms and services are published on wood-hotel.com.ua and are current as of the time of booking.
3. Booking Procedure
3.1. Bookings can be made via the website form, the online booking system, by phone, or by email.
3.2. A booking is considered confirmed once:
- it has been confirmed by the Hotel (by letter, message, or phone call), and
- if required, a prepayment has been made according to the selected rate (some rates provide for a non-refundable or partially refundable prepayment — the terms are specified at the time of booking).
3.3. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is until 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be available, subject to room availability and an additional fee — details can be confirmed at the front desk.
3.4. The Guest is required to provide accurate contact details (full name, phone number, email) to confirm the booking.
3.5. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in a separate document, the “Refund Policy,” published on the Hotel’s website and forming an integral part of this offer.
4. Children’s Accommodation
4.1. Accommodation for children under 3 years of age is free of charge. A baby cot can be provided upon request for an additional fee of UAH 150/night.
4.2. Children aged 4 and older are accommodated exclusively on an extra bed, the cost of which is specified at the time of booking.
5. Cost of Services and Payment Procedure
5.1. The cost of accommodation is stated in Ukrainian hryvnia on the relevant room/rate page of the website or communicated by a Hotel manager.
5.2. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Hotel’s account details, by card online, or by cash/card at the front desk — as agreed upon at the time of booking.
5.3. A rate may require a partial or full prepayment. The prepayment terms and their refundability are specified separately for each rate at the time of booking.
5.4. The cost of accommodation includes the services listed on the selected room’s page (breakfast, access to the SPA and pool, parking, etc.). Additional services (SPA treatments, excursions, transfers, masterclasses beyond the base package) are paid separately at the Hotel’s current prices.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
6.1. The Hotel undertakes to:
- provide the Guest with a room in accordance with the confirmed booking;
- ensure the quality of services as described on the website;
- promptly inform the Guest of any changes to the booking.
6.2. The Hotel has the right to:
- refuse check-in if the Guest violates public order, the Hotel’s house rules, or applicable Ukrainian law;
- cancel a booking if the agreed prepayment is not received within the specified timeframe, having first notified the Guest.
6.3. The Guest undertakes to:
- pay for the services in a timely manner under the terms of this offer;
- comply with the Hotel’s house rules, fire safety regulations, and public order;
- compensate the Hotel for any damage to its property caused through the Guest’s fault.
6.4. The Guest has the right to receive services of the scope and quality stated on the Hotel’s website, and to cancel a booking under the terms set out in the Refund Policy.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The parties are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of the terms of this agreement in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.
7.2. The Hotel is not liable for circumstances beyond its control (force majeure: natural disasters, military actions, decisions by government authorities, emergency power/water supply outages, etc.) that prevent the full provision of services. In such cases, the parties will agree on rescheduling the stay or another form of resolution.
7.3. The Hotel is not responsible for the Guest’s personal belongings left unattended outside the room or a safe (where available).
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiation.
8.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in court in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
9. Term of the Offer
9.1. This offer is valid indefinitely and may be amended by the Hotel unilaterally. The current version is always published on wood-hotel.com.ua.
9.2. Amendments to the offer take effect upon publication on the website and do not apply to bookings confirmed prior to the amendment.
